Wealth consciousness for spiritually awakened entrepreneurs

Your income has a ceiling because you do.

It isn’t the strategy. It isn’t how hard you work. You worked that out a while ago, which is why the next thing you try never seems to move it.

You already know it isn’t the strategy.

Here’s the part nobody says out loud. You can get better at what you do. Work harder, get smarter, do everything right. And still land within a few thousand dollars of where you always land. Same range. Year after year.

That number isn’t the market and it isn’t luck. It’s a ceiling. Some part of you knows what you’re allowed to hold, and it quietly corrects anything that goes over.

That’s why the tactics stopped working. They were never aimed at the place where the number is actually set.

Change your beliefs. Change your reality.

Reality is belief, hardened.

Every ceiling you have ever hit was built out of something you believe about who you are. It isn’t a positive thinking problem. It isn’t a discipline problem. It’s an identity that hasn’t caught up to what you’re trying to build.

Change that and the number moves on its own. You stop pushing against a door you’ve been holding shut.

This is old knowledge. Hermetic philosophy, Advaita, the parts of scripture nobody teaches literally. I’m not making it up. I’m just refusing to water it down.

Where this comes from

I grew up poor in a country where “poor” means something different than it does here. Nobody around me expected much, and honestly, neither did I. When that’s the environment you grow up in, it becomes the default. You inherit a view of what’s possible long before you realize you have one.

At eighteen, I was picking up trash in the parking lot at Burger King for minimum wage. While I was out there, a friend looked at me and said, “You can do better than this.”

I still don’t know why those words stuck. They weren’t especially encouraging, and they weren’t part of some big motivational speech. But for whatever reason, I decided to believe him instead of believing the evidence in front of me.

What followed wasn’t so much a career as an obsession. I wanted to understand how change actually happens. Not the motivational version of it, but the deeper mechanism underneath.

So I read everything I could get my hands on about the mind, money, consciousness, and the nature of reality. Solomon. Vedanta. Hermetic philosophy. Rosicrucian writings. Declassified government documents on consciousness that are real and far stranger than most people realize.

And over time I kept seeing the same pattern. Something would change internally, and eventually my external circumstances would begin to reflect it. Not instantly, and not every single time, but consistently enough that I stopped calling it luck.

I went from minimum wage, to a call center, to sales, to sitting across the table from Fortune 500 executives. Along the way I made roughly 225,000 cold calls over sixteen years, which is enough repetition to notice something most people never get to see.

The months my numbers took off had very little to do with my script or my technique. I already had those.

What changed first was me. Who I believed myself to be. Everything else followed.

An awakening in my mid-thirties finally gave me language for what I’d been experiencing all those years. It wasn’t neat or convenient. But it changed the way I understand reality, work, and what success actually is.

These days, my priorities are simple: my wife, our four kids, and protecting the freedom to spend my time the way I choose.

After years of searching through questions about consciousness, the nature of reality, and how real change actually happens, I’ve come to believe this:

Abundance isn’t something you chase.

It’s something that emerges from who you believe yourself to be, what you believe is possible, and the way you see the world around you.

Change the inside first, and eventually the outside has no choice but to reflect it.
